Streaming Event

・The stream is only available through the ZAIKO account used for the ticket purchase. Access is not possible with the URL alone.

・If you begin watching the live stream after it has started, you will start from the current point, and rewinding will not be possible while the stream is live.

・An unstable internet connection may result in reduced streaming quality.

・Tickets cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded after purchase, except in the event that the performance is postponed or canceled.

・Streaming tickets are non-transferable.

・Video or audio recording of the stream, as well as unauthorized redistribution on video-sharing platforms or sharing of recorded data, is strictly prohibited. However, screenshots (still images) of the stream may be taken and shared on social media.

・Please note that, notwithstanding the above, screenshots and sharing of screenshots on social media or elsewhere may be prohibited for certain songs, scenes, or segments specified by the organizer. Any such restrictions will be communicated by the organizer through means such as announcements from the performers or displays shown on the streaming screen.

・The Organizer reserves the right to temporarily suspend or discontinue all or part of the comment-linked features and other accompanying features available for this performance when it reasonably determines that such action is necessary due to system failures, communication conditions, or other operational reasons.

・The performers and guests appearing in this performance are subject to change, and may be changed without prior notice or their appearances may be canceled due to the performers' health or other circumstances.

・If this performance is canceled, postponed, or otherwise subject to changes to the streaming method, performers, or other content, the Organizer will determine, based on the nature and extent of the changes and other circumstances, whether refunds, a rescheduled performance, or other measures are warranted, as well as the details thereof. Any such measures will be announced separately.

About the Live Stream

・Internet connection or system issues may result in disruptions to the video or audio, as well as temporary interruptions or early termination of the performance. Please note that ticket refunds will not be provided in such cases.
